How to measure
Bust
Measure the circumference of your chest. Place measuring tape under your armpits and measure around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.
Waist
Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) Don’t suck in your stomach, or you’ll get a false measurement.
Hips
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches (17.8 to 22.9 cm) below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Sleeve length
Place your hand at your waist (your elbow should be bent at a 90-degree angle). Then start at the middle of the back of your neck and measure to your shoulder, down your arm to the elbow, and then on to the wrist.
Shoulder width
Extend the tape measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Back Length
Hold the end of the tape measure at the top center of your shoulder and extend the tape down to your natural waist.
